Ben Patat and his team are awesome! In our first contact (from a distance, Ben spent over 90 minutes on the phone with me, getting to know me and finding out what I was looking for in my new home. He set up a personalized website, which sent me an email for every new listing that fit my criteria. This helped me get a feel for the market. When I saw my "dream home" online, Ben encouraged me to submit an offer even though the house is located two states away from me, in strong "seller's market." I almost didn't try, because I didn't think it would be possible to compete with local buyers interested in this very special property.
